Shipping policy

Current processing time during COVID-19 is 3-5 business days. We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

All express packages are shipped same day if order is place before 12 pm central standard time. All order placed after 12 pm will be shipped on the following business day.

All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
